  The worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company. From the complete lack of communication, to the lack of professionalism, the entire experience was horrible. We were charged without notice, the repairs were completed with no quote - even though a quote was requested, and the technician who was supposed to look at our unit to repair it never communicated his arrival or the issues to anyone. I would never recommend this company, and I would strongly advise against using their services.
